The group was responding to several reports from Leonard of SAR-SAT hits in Northern side of town. I was on my way home from Colorado Springs and It was suggested I check the airstrips along the way. It turned on my LPR at the top of the Palmer Divide and accquired a signal. I followed the signal Into the U.S. Air Force acadamy and had them check their aircraft, though signal was stong It was still pointing west.
